Synopsis:After a youth is tortured by the police, a riot explodes on the streets of Paris. Vinz, Said and Hubert find a gun lost by the police in the riots and threaten to kill a cop if their friend dies.

It ranks as one of the most acclaimed and celebrated films in European history. It is commonly released under its French title “La Haine“, although its U.S. VHS release was titled Hate, and remains as politically relevant in 2021 as it was in 1995.
